Battista’s experience in sales operations, end users, and adoption to drive success for clients

July 16, 2019, Pittsburgh, PA:  Cloud Adoption Solutions is proud to announce and welcome Natalie Battista in the role of Sr. Salesforce Services consultant.  Battista will be responsible for managing client Salesforce instances, driving user adoption with an eye for change management, and other strategic responsibilities.

Battista joins the Cloud Adoption Solutions team with a tenured experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in technology, life sciences, healthcare, and other regulated industries.  She holds her MBA from Alvernia University and a BS in Management from Penn State University.  She is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
