Shannon earned her BA from the University of Pittsburgh, her MBA from Point Park University, and her PhD in Community Engagement with a dissertation topic of, you guessed it, CRM user adoption.
She loves live music, her mom dance team, and reading psychological thrillers. Ask Shannon her favorite scent, and she’ll say carbs!
Andrew Duncan, MBA

Andrew earned his BA and his MBA from Point Park University.

Malik Satia

Malik is a Salesforce-Certified Administrator and earned his degree at Bowie State University. He also achieved the rank of salesforce Ranger on Trailhead.
He loves multiple sub-genres of rap, FPS video games, and reading high/low fantasy. If you asked Malik what his favorite book is it would probably be a draw between Jumper and The Fifth Season

Cory earned his BS in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Salesforce-certified Administrator and also holds his Sales Cloud certification as well as his Formstack certification. He’s a Trailhead Ranger, too.
He loves mountain biking, the outdoors, and cooking. Ask Cory what he enjoys most about working for CAS (besides the awesome clients), and he’ll say getting to work from home and wearing sweatpants every day.
Jarret Fawcett

Jarret earned his Certificate in Full-Stack Development from Tech Elevator, and attended Kent State University. He is a Salesforce Trailhead Ranger rank.

Chrystalin Mascaro
