Hi guys, this is Evan from Cloud Adoption Solutions, and today I have a quick tip on pinning list views. As you may already know, the default list for all objects is the recently viewed list. This may or may not be the list view you always need when navigating through the object tabs in Salesforce. If you want to improve your workflow efficiency with Salesforce pinning List Views is an easy way to streamline your own processes.

A few of the objects you can pin list views on our opportunities, leads, tasks, account, contacts, and campaigns. Let’s jump over to contacts. Next, click the drop down next to recently viewed all of these list views can be pinned. I’m going to go ahead and pin birthdays this month. So, I’ll click on birthdays this month. Then I’ll click the Pin. And now anytime I navigate away from the Contacts tab, navigate back birthday this month is always going to show up for me.
